(2) By the impugned order dated 07.09.2015, the Special Judge, Prevention of Corruption Act, Dhamtari has declined to issue process for examination of Additional Secretary, Department of Law as defence witness against which, this revision has been filed by the applicant.
(3) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the applicant and considering the finding recorded by the Special Judge, Prevention of
Corruption Act, Dhamtari that evidence to prove the order of sanction has already been adduced by the prosecution, I do not find any illegality in the impugned order. Thus, the revision deserves to be and is accordingly rejected.
