The present MCC has been filed seeking extension of time for compliance of the order dated 15.07.2021 passed in WPS 3642/2021. Learned senior counsel appearing for the applicant-respondent submits that the authorities concerned shall be in a position to take an appropriate decision within a period of two weeks from today and therefore the appropriate extension of time may be granted. Counsel for the applicant submits that MCC has been filed as a precautionary measure to avoid the contempt proceeding. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, particularly the short duration of time that applicant has sought for compliance of the order, MCC stands allowed.
