1. This petition has not been brought against any specific order. The prayer has been made for issuance of specific direction to the Court concerned.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has filed a divorce petition under Section 13(1)(1-a) of Hindu Marriage Act, which is pending before the Family Court, Durg, C.G. About 2 years have passed and the proceeding on the divorce petition has not been concluded, therefore, it is prayed that direction to the Court concerned be given for speedy disposal of the petition.

3. After considering on the submissions, the petition is disposed off and the learned Family Court is directed to expedite the proceeding in the case concerned and consider the same preferably within a period of four months from the date this order is communicated.
