This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.98/2015, registered at Police StationBheemkhoj, District-Mahasamund (CG), for the offence punishable under Section 20-B of the NDPS Act.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the facts & circumstances of the case, further taking into consideration the nature & gravity of the offence and recovery of 2.600 kg. of contraband article ganja from the possession of the present applicant, I do not find any case for grant of regular bail to the applicant. 3.
Consequently, the bail application filed on behalf of the applicant is rejected.
