The applicant has preferred this application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.304/2016 registered in Police Station Manendragarh, Dist. Koriya (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376 (2)(N) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 5, 6 & 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

Applicant has allegedly committed forcible sexual intercourse with the prosecutrix, aged less than 16 years. 4.

Considering the material available in the case diary and the depositions, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application at this stage.
