1. The claim of the petitioner in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim for regularizing the services of the petitioner under the respondents.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that he was initially appointed by the respondents on daily wage basis in August, 1987 and since then he has uninterruptedly worked with the respondents. He submits that the claim of the petitioner for regularization squarely falls within the conditions stipulated in the circular dated 05.03.2008 and yet the respondents have not taken a decision on his claim so far.

3. State counsel submits that let the petitioner make a fresh representation in this regard to the higher authorities in the department. The same shall be considered in accordance with the circular dated 05.03.2008 at the earliest.

4. Given the said submission by the State counsel nothing further remains for this Court to adjudicate in the case.

5. Accordingly the present writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the petitioner to file a representation within a week from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order to the respondents No.1 & 2, who in turn shall scrutinize the claim of the petitioner and in case if the petitioner fulfills the conditions stipulated under the circular of the State Government dated 05.03.2008 necessary order may be passed at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the representation.
