1. After arguing for some time learned Counsel for the Applicant prays for withdrawal of the bail Application, however, makes a request that in the event if the Applicant surrenders before the Trial Court and moves application for grant of regular bail, the same may be considered on the same day.
2. Not opposed by the State Counsel.
3. Accordingly, the present Application stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, in the event if the Applicant surrenders before the Trial Court and moves application for regular bail, the same shall be considered, if possible, on the same day.
