1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is to the order of change of posting to the petitioner from Manendragarh to Sohat. The interference sought for is on the ground that petitioner is partly paralysed and on account of medical ground request he was shifted to the present place of posting and now by the impugned order he has been shifted to a different Tehsil which if complied the petitioner would have to travel a considerable distance which may have personal inconvenience at the feasible side so far as petitioner is concerned. In addition the petitioner's son is also in need of medical attention because of certain disease he has

suffered from and for which the petitioner need to be posted at Tehsil Manendragarh.

2. Given the said facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner approach respondent No.2 within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and respondent No.2 in turn shall sympathetically consider the representation of the petitioner within 45 days from the date of receipt of representation that petitioner shall make prefer.

3. Meanwhile, purely as an interim measure let status quo as it exists today be maintained till the representation of the petitioner is decided. 4.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
