(1) The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 42/2014 registered at Police Station Dhamdha, Distt. Durg for offences punishable under Sections 363, 366 & 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 5 & 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
(2) Counsel for the applicant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file the same after
examination of the material prosecution witnesses. (3) Liberty is granted, as prayed for.
(4) Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
