Sam Koshy Order On Board 07.09.2018 The limited grievance of the petitioner is that on the death of his father who died in harness on 26.10.2009 he made an application for dependent employment. Though almost 9 years have passed, the respondents have not take a decision on the claim of the petitioner for dependent employment.

Given the limited dispute raised by the petitioner, this Court does not intend to keep the petition pending by admitting the same, rather ends of justice would meet if the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to

respondent no.1/the competent authority in the Department to take a decision on the claim of the petitioner for dependent employment. Let this exercise be concluded within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
