1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.89/2015 {Special Criminal Case No.886/2015 pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge (FTC), Raipur}, registered at Police Station D.D. Nagar, Raipur, Distt. Raipur, for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376 of the IPC and 4 of the Protection of Children form Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to repeat after statements of the prosecutrix and her parents are recorded.
