After arguing for sometime learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to avail other remedy available to him including that of resorting the remedies under the provisions of the Industrial Disputes Act.

The prayer is not opposed.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

Needless to mention that if the petitioner has worked for sometime and has not been paid salary, he would approach the authorities for release of the same to which the respondents shall consider and pass a suitable order.
