1. The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of the Order dated 07.02.2019 passed in WPS No. 821/2019.

2. Today, when the matter is take up, the counsel for the petitioner/applicant submits that the respondents have since taken a decision on 26.09.2019 and have rejected the claim of the petitioner/applicant.

-23. Given the fact that the respondents have taken a decision, this Court is of the view that the Order passed by this Court stands complied-with.

4. Reserving the right of the applicant/petitioner to assail the subsequent development, accordingly, the present Contempt Petition, stands disposed-off.
