2. These are the applications filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.783/2020,

registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Bilaspur (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 21 & 22 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the applicants, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these bail applications with liberty to revive the prayer at an appropriate stage.

4. No objection from other side.

5. Accordingly, both the bail applications are dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated supra.
