1. Perused the Jail report received from Jail Superintendent, Central Jail, Jagdalpur, (C.G.) dated 08/02/2021 wherein it has been reported that Appellant has been released from jail on 01/01/2021 after completion of the entire jail sentence imposed upon him by the trial Court.

2. Since, Appellant has already been released after completion of his entire jail sentence, learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that he does not want to press the instant appeal and thus, wants to withdraw the same.
