After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to apply for grant of regular bail. He submits that looking to the background of incident, the Court below may be directed to consider his regular bail application on the same day.

Considering the submission, it is directed that in case regular bail application is moved by the applicant, the Court below shall consider and decide his regular bail application as early as possible in any case within three days from the date of submission of application.
