This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 127/2016, registered at Police Station Mujgahan, District Raipur (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(a) and 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012. 3.

The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 02.04.2018 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 619 of 2018. 4.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that all the witnesses have been examined, therefore, the applicant be released on bail. 5.

I have heard learned counsel for the applicant. 6.

Since, all the witnesses have already been examined, I do not find any good ground to entertain this second bail application. However, the trial

Court is directed to do well to conclude the trial expeditiously, preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
