Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the building constructed by the petitioner on his own land was earlier demolished in the year 2006 and then again the same was demolished in the year 2017 on the pretext of widening of road, however, his repeated requests for demarcation of the area owned by the petitioner have not been considered by the respondents.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has moved an application vide Annexure-P-5 on 23.02.2018 for demarcation of his land, which has not yet been considered, the writ petition is disposed
of with direction that upon petitioner's submission of application for demarcation before the respondent No.2, SDO (Revenue), Ambikapur, within a period of 1 month from today, the said Authority shall direct a demarcation of the petitioner's land as well as the road lying opposite his land and the demarcation shall be conducted within next 2 months in presence of the petitioner and other residents of the locality and the report thereof shall be supplied to the petitioner immediately thereafter. 3.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
