Claim of the petitioner in this writ petition is to consider his case for regularization.

Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the respondents may consider the claim of the petitioner in the light of the circular of the State Government dated 5.3.2008 and also keeping in view the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Tukaram v. State of Chhattisgarh (WPC No.1703 of 2015 and batch of petitions) decided on 16/05/2017.

The limited prayer of the petitioner is not opposed by the learned State Counsel.

Without expressing on the merits of the case so far as the entitlement of the petitioner is concerned, the respondents are directed to consider the claim of the petitioner for regularization keeping in view the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Tukaram (supra) as also the circular dated 5.3.2008.
