1. The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail as she is in jail since 6-8-2020 in connection with Crime No. 538 of 2020 registered at Police Station Khursipar, District Durg (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 307, 323 and 34 of IPC and Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act.

2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this court to withdraw the bail application.

3. Permission is granted.
