This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.69/2015, registered at Police StationSaragaon, District-Janjgir-Champa C.G.), for the offence punishable under Section 379/34 of the IPC..

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts & circumstances of the case, further taking into consideration the nature & gravity of the offence and recovery of stolen motor cycle from the possession of the present applicant on 16.6.2015 owned by Uttam Kumar Chandrawanshi, I do not find any ground for grant of bail to the applicant. Consequently, bail application is rejected.
