After hearing learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts & circumstances of the case, further taking into consideration the nature & gravity of the offence and recovery of stolen motor cycle from the possession of the present applicant on 16.6.2015 owned by Uttam Kumar Chandrawanshi, I do not find any ground for grant of bail to the applicant. Consequently, bail application is rejected.
