1. The limited grievance that the petitioner has in this writ petition is the non-finalization of leave encachment of the petitioner after his retirement from service w.e.f. 30.09.2019.

2. Given the limited relief that the petitioner has sought for, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents 2 to 4 to immediately process the claim of the petitioner so far as the grant of leave encashment is concerned preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. In case the petitioner is found entitled for leave encashment, the same should be released within a further period of 30 days failing which the entire amount of leave encashment shall carry interest @ 10 per cent from the date of retirement till the date of actual payment.
