The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of CrPC, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.719/2017, registered at Police Station Janakpur, District Korea for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 370, 376/34 of IPC and under Sections 3 (1-10), 3 (2-5) and 3 (1-12) of the Atrocity Act, 1989.

Considering the allegation that the applicant is involved in human trafficking by selling the victim Smt. Rajmati Baiga to one Devraj for Rs.40,000/-, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the bail application is rejected. Sd/- Judge Prashant Kumar Mishra Nirala
