Grievance of the petitioner is that he has moved an application before the respondent on 24.12.2018 for grant of regular stage carriage permit on the route Beejapur to Bilaspur via Bhairamgarh, Geedam, Jagdalpur, Kondagaon, Keshkal, Kanker, Dhamtari, Raipur and one single trip daily, which is pending consideration.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondent to decide the said application, expeditiously.

Learned State counsel would submit that the application of the petitioner shall be considered and decided, in accordance with law and on its own merits as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the fact that petitioner's application is pending consideration, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to decide the petitioner's application within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
