This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.59 of 2015, registered at Police Station-Urla, District-Raipur (CG), for the offence punishable under Sections 306, 498A and 304B/34 of the IPC. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application with liberty to repeat the same after examination of material prosecution witnesses i.e. parents of the deceased. 3.

Accordingly, bail application is dismissed as withdrawn reserving the aforesaid liberty.
