Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent - University has not taken decision in accordance with the order dated 12.04.2018 passed in WPC No. 1029 of 2018 whereas the document Annexure- C/3 shows that Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay Memorial Health Sciences and Ayush University has already taken decision and the matter has been referred to Surguja University.

Be that as it may, the Surguja University is directed to take steps as per the order passed by Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay Memorial Health Sciences and Ayush University on 15.05.2018 expeditiously. 3.

Accordingly, the contempt case is closed.
