Grievance of Petitioner in the present Writ Petition is the non-entry of his qualification of Higher Secondary in his service record, on account of which the Gradation List also has not been corrected.

It is case where the Petitioner on account of his High School qualification got the employment in the year 1995. Subsequently, with due permission from the authorities in the Department, he also cleared his Higher Secondary examination in the year 2013. Thereafter, he has been approaching the authorities for necessary entries in his service record of his qualification of Higher Secondary. 3.

The pleading, Annexure P-5, dated 17.9.2020, would show that the Joint Director, Public Education, Surguja Division has also asked the District Education Officer, Baikunthpur to ensure that the qualification of Higher Secondary is entered in the service record of Petitioner and necessary Gradation List be prepared accordingly. However, in spite of the order being passed as early as in the month of September, 2020, the Respondents have till date not initiated any action in this regard.

Given the limited grievance that the Petitioner has, the present Writ Petition at this juncture is disposed of directing Respondent No.2 to ensure compliance of Annexure P-5, dated 17.9.2020, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
