Since all the bail applications are arising out of crime No.345/2020 they are being considered and decided by this common order.

The applicants have preferred these bail applications under Section 439 of CrPC, as they are arrested in connection with Crime No.345/2020, registered at Police Station Civil Lines,

Raipur (CG), for the offence punishable under Sections 326, 294, 506, 147, 148 & 149 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act.

On a dispute, which arose during playing cricket, between the victim and the accused persons, the victim was inflicted injuries by hand, fist & by knife causing incised wound on thigh & arm.

Learned counsels appearing for the State, per contra, would oppose the bail applications.

Considering the entire facts situation of the case, particularly considering the fact that the applicants Vinod Mahanand & Ganesh Dhruw @ Monu are in detention since 19-10-2020 and the applicants Sahil Madhumatke & Mahesh @ Akash Nayam are in detention since 14-9-2020; the offences are triable by the JMFC; and the charge sheet has already been filed, I am of the opinion that present is a fit case to release the applicants on regular bail.

Accordingly, all the bail applications are allowed and the applicants are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. They are directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
