The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order of transfer dated 01.12.2020 passed by the respondent No.1. Vide the impugned order the petitioner has been transferred from District Baloda Bazar to District Koriya.

Perusal of the pleadings and submissions of the counsel for the petitioner reveal that the petitioner has been working at the present place of posting since 2016 i.e. for a period of more than 4 years now.

The challenge by the petitioner is that in the past for about 7 years the petitioner has worked in a scheduled area. The petitioner also submits that he is an office bearer holding the post of Treasurer. 4.

Given the fact that the impugned order now has been passed after a complete tenure of more than 4 years, this Court does not find any strong case made out by the petitioner for interfering with the impugned order of transfer. In case if the petitioner has any personal inconveniences and difficulties, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the respondents No.1 & 2 by way of a suitable representation requesting for an appropriate change of place of posting. All the grounds raised by the petitioner in the representation is expected to be considered by the authorities. On such application being made, the same be considered on its own merits at the earliest.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
