The applicant has preferred this application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.237/2016 registered in Police Station Dharsiva, Dist. Raipur (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376 (2) (<) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4 & 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

Applicant has allegedly abducted and committed forcible sexual intercourse with the prosecutrix, aged less than 18 years. 4.

Considering the nature of allegations against the applicant, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application at this stage. 5.
