1. Heard.
2. It is submitted that petitioner is in possession of a land regarding which he has made a representation before the
WPC No. 4218 of 2021 SDO (Revenue), Kurud praying for grant of lease under the scheme of Rajiv Gandhi Ashrayay Awas Yojna, 2019.
3. It is submitted by the petitioner that he is in possession of the land since about 30 years. The similar representation has been made by the petitioner before Tahsildar, Tahsil Bhakhara District Dhamtari which is also pending without decision. Another representation was filed by the petitioner making the same prayer before the Collector, District Dhamtari. It is submitted that a specific direction be issued to the respondent Authorities to decide the representations filed within a time frame.
4. Learned State counsel appearing for the respondent prays for passing an appropriate order.
5. After considering the submissions made, the writ petition is disposed off at motion stage. However, the respondents No.2 and 4 are directed to consider the representations filed by the petitioner within a time frame preferably within a period of three months from today.
