Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner tenders his unconditional apology and has filed an affidavit that since he could not interpret the earlier order, therefore second petition has been filed and another application has been filed for withdrawal of this petition. 2.

After going through the order dated 11/04/2012 and the affidavit wherein unconditional apology has been tendered, it is accepted. 3.

Also heard on application for withdrawal of the petition. 4.

Considering the fact that the petitioner want to withdraw this petition, without any observation on the merit at this stage, instant petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
