Hon'ble Justice Shri Gautam Chourdiya Order on Board 06/01/2021 1) The applicants have preferred these applications under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 as they are in custody since 31/10/2020 in connection with offence under Section 384, 34 of the IPC registered at Police Station Shivrinarayan, District Janjgir Champa (C.G.) under Crime No. 359/2020. 2) At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the applicants, on instructions seeks to withdraw these applications with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises.

3) Accordingly, all the above applications stand disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
