1. A PUD has been received from Court of Special Judge, Protection of Depositors Interest Act, Surguja, Chhattisgarh, in which it is mentioned that the time granted for the disposal of this case by this Court in MCRCA No.2277/2017 vide order dated 30.1.2018 has expired, therefore, extention of 6 months may be granted further.

2. Considered on the grounds mentioned in the PUD, the time is extended further for 6 months from the date of receipt of the order of this Court for concluding the trial within the time prayed. This be communicated immediately to the concerned Court.
