1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.(Istegasha)609/2015 {Criminal Case No.815/2015 pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Raigarh}, registered at Police Station Kotwali, Distt. Raigarh, for the offence punishable under Section 420 of the IPC.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to repeat after ascertaining the status of 11 criminal cases against the applicant.
