---- Respondent Hon'ble Shri Justice Sharad Kumar Gupta Order On Board 22/08/2019 (1) This is an office reference based on the request letter dated 08.08.2019 sent by Sessions Judge, Ramanujganj, Balrampur Ramanujganj through District and Sessions Judge, Ramanujganj, Balrampur Ramanujganj seeking extension of time for disposal of Sessions Trial No.69/2018.

(2) Earlier, this Court while deciding the bail application of Applicant-Ghanshyam Ram Bunkar on 25.06.2019 in M.Cr.C. No.3087/2019 ordered to the trial Court to expedite the trial and dispose of case expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. (3) Looking to the above mentioned facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court is directed to dispose of case as soon as possible preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

(5) Accordingly, Cr.M.P. is disposed of.
