1. This petition has been brought being aggrieved by the in-action of the respondent No.05, praying for issuance of direction.

2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has filed an application praying for certified copy from the record of the Case No.440/1-A-3 of 1952, the order dated 22.06.1954. The respondent No.5 has made an undue demand from the petitioner to

-2inform about the date, the record was deposited in the record room. Similarly, the petitioner has filed another application praying for certified copy of order dated 14.05.1955 passed in Case No.391-1A/3 of 195051. Similar demand was made by respondent No.05 for this application also because of which, the copying application is still pending without any decision and no efforts are being made by the respondent No.5 to provide the certified copies as prayed for.

After considering on the submissions, it is observed that the deposit of records in the record room is done by the concerned reader who is incharge of the records, therefore, the present petitioner, who is a legal representative of the parties in the cases mentioned here-in-above, cannot be expected to provide such information as has been demanded by the respondent No.05. Hence, the petition is disposed off at the motion stage. The respondent No.05 is directed to make all efforts and provide the certified copy as prayed for by the petitioner preferably within a period of 60 days. As regarding the other prayer present in the relief, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue the same in another petition.
