1. The limited grievance that petitioner has in the present writ petition is that petitioner has completed requisite length of service on the post of TGT in Science subject and has become eligible for promotion to the post of PGT in Chemistry Subject.
2. According to the petitioner from the available records there are more than 25 posts lying vacant for PGT in Chemistry where the petitioner can be accommodated. He has already made the representation in this regard to the authorities concerned. But till date no decision have been taken.
3. Given the aforesaid facts, let respondent No. 2 & 3 consider the claim of the petitioner for promotion to the post of PGT in Chemistry subject to the petitioner fulfilling eligibility criteria under the service regulations and scheme governing the service conditions of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
