The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.188/2015, registered in Police Station : City Kotwali, District Dhamtari for offence under Sections 420, 409, 120-B and 201 of the IPC and Section 3 & 4 of the Price Chits and Money Circulation Scheme Banking Act, 1978.

2. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application.
