This revision has been filed against the order dated 29.6.2015 passed by the Judge, Family Court, Janjgir, in Criminal MJC No.250/2013, by which the Family Court has granted an opportunity to the petitioner to deposit the balance amount in eight installments stating that application under Section 127 of the CrPC has not been decided by the Family Court. 2.

Order granting installment is in favour of the petitioner and there is no illegality in the said order. It is at the instance of the petitioner. Order has been passed granting facility to make payment by installments, as such there is no force in this revision.

So far as the application under Section 127 of the CrPC is concerned, it is for the petitioner to pursue that application before the Family Court in accordance with law. No order in this regard is necessary. 4.

With the aforesaid observation, the criminal revision is dismissed. 5.
