This is an application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant as he is in jail since 12.11.2020 in connection with Crime No. 21/GST/20-21, registered at Police Station Central GST, Raipur, District Raipur(CG)for the offence punishable under Section 132(1)(1) (i) read with Section 132(1) (C) of the Central Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C.

4. Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn.
