The present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of WP(227) No.628 of 2018 which got dismissed on account of peremptory order dated 31.07.2018.

For the reasons assigned in the application and finding them to be satisfactory, the MCC is allowed subject to petitioner's paying a cost of Rs.1000/- to the High Court Legal Services Authority within a period of 10 days from today.

On petitioner's furnishing receipt of payment, let WP(227) No.628 of 2018 be restored to its original number.
