The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P/1 dated 07.08.2019, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Kondagaon to District Hospital Dantewada.

The contention of the petitioner is that he was posted at the present place of posting just six months back i.e. vide Annexure P/2 dated 18.02.2019, when the petitioner was brought on transfer from Sukma to Kondagaon. 3.

Given the said facts and circumstances of the case that the impugned order has been passed in less than six months from the date previous order of transfer so far as the petitioner is concerned, let the petitioner make a detailed representation in addition to what he has already made within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and the

-2respondent No.1 in turn shall consider and decide the same within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation. 4.

Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
