The only grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that on account of the petitioner a person with physical disability, his request for transferring him at Raipur from where he could get sufficient medical assistance, it is not being considered. 2.

According to the petitioner, he is working on the post of Training Officer in English Communication at I.T.I. Katgodi, District Korea. The grievance of the petitioner is that he is getting his medical treatment from the hospitals at Raipur and therefore he has been making a request to the State Authorities for transferring him at any of the places in Raipur. In addition, it was also the contention of the

petitioner that even his wife is presently working at Raipur and for which reason also he has made his request for being accommodated anywhere near Raipur. The third ground on which the request has been made is that at the present place of posting the petitioner has already been declared as a surplus and thus he can be used at a placed where there are sufficient requirements of Training Officer in the language of English Communication. 3.

Given the aforesaid factual matrix of the case, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to ensure taking an appropriate decision on the representation and request of the petitioner for being transferred to a place at Raipur or near Raipur. Let a decision be taken in this regard at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
