1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.178/2015, registered at Police Station Sitapur, Distt. Surguja, for the offence punishable under Sections 457 & 380 of the IPC.
2. Taking into consideration the nature and gravity of offence, facts and circumstances of the case, the manner in which the applicant is said to have stolen the laptop owned by Yogesh Sahu on 4-8-2015 and subsequent recovery at the instance of the applicant, I do not find it a fit case for grant of regular bail to the applicant. Consequently, the application is rejected.
