ORDER

By this office reference, the Registry has pointed out that M.Cr.C. No.7493 of 2020 was allowed vide order dated 2.12.2020 but in the operative part there is a typographical mistake committed showing that the application was rejected.

On perusal of the order in M.Cr.C. No. 7493 of 2020 dated 2.12.2020, it is found that this Court after considering the submissions in paragraph 7 of the order has made opinion for granting bail to the applicant. Therefore, the part of the order in paragraph 8 mentioning rejection of bail application is erroneous and that is a typographical mistake, in which there should have been typed the terms and conditions for grant of bail. As the correction in the same would not amount to review of the order passed, therefore, the request made in the PUD is allowed.

It is ordered that instead of reading the contents of paragraph 8 in the order dated 2.12.2020, it should now be read that the application is allowed and it is directed that applicant shall be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of the concerned trial Court, for his appearance as and when directed. In case any default is committed by the applicant/s in appearing before the concerned trial Court, this order granting bail shall stand cancelled automatically.

Copy of this order be made a part of M.Cr.C. No. 7493 of 2020. 5.

Accordingly, this Cr.M.P. is disposed off.
