1. The claim of the petitioner in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim of regularization.

2. According to the petitioner, the petitioner has been working as a watchman with the respondents since 1989 onwards. The contention of the petitioner also is that the respondents are duty bound to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of the policy decision for regularization dated 05.03.2008. She further submits that there are couple of representations made by the petitioner, which has till date not been decided, nor has the case of the petitioner been considered.

3. Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court does not intend to keep the petition pending. Accordingly the writ

petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization in the light of the circular dated 05.03.2008 and in case if the petitioner is found suitable, let appropriate orders for regularization be passed at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
