Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. with liberty to revive the same after three months, if the, trial against the applicant is not completed.

It is ordered as prayed for.

Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn.

The applicant is at liberty to revive the bail application after three months in case the trial against the applicant is not completed within three months.
