Present MCC has been filed seeking for restoration of WP227 No.631/2018 which got dismissed on a peremptory order passed by this Court on 31/07/2018.

For the reasons assigned in the application and finding them to be satisfactory, the MCC deserves to be and is accordingly allowed subject to the appellant paying cost of Rs.1,000/- to the High Court Middle Income Group Legal Aid Society 3.

On furnishing certificate of payment of cost, the Writ Petition i.e. WP227 No.631/2018 shall stands restored to its original number. 4.
