This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.74/2015, registered at Police StationChirmiri, District-Korea-Baikunthpur (CG), for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the IPC. 2.

This is second bail application. First bail application of the applicant has been dismissed by this Court on merits vide order dated 16.6.2015 passed in M.Cr.C.No.2396 of 2015.

After dismissal of first bail application on merits, I do not find any change in circumstances to entertain this second bail application. 4.

Consequently, the second bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible. 5.
